We are looking for new mums post partum or expecting to join us for classes at our new West Lakes location.
Our classes our designed and led by an Exercise Physiologist and we allow you to bring Bubs up to walking age. All classes are focused on helping you regain or sustain your health as a woman and allow you to be the best version of yourself whilst being surrounded by other beautiful Mummas in the process.

The Pelvic Floor • Part 1
Join us as we bring the pelvic floor into focus. Over the next few weeks we will discuss the pelvic floor and its integral role for women. Every class has a targeted focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and helping you understand where it is and how to activate it.

What does Stretch & Strengthen mean?
Each of our 45 minute classes is broken up into 2 seperate parts. Part one starts with a stretching routine to get you back moving well and improving your flexibility. Next, we introduce targeted exercises to help build your overall and women’s specific strength. Some of these exercises will involve using light equipment (if appropriate) whilst others will focus just on your body weight.
All of our classes are planned and lead by our Accredited Exercise Physiologist to ensure that the exercises are safe and can be adapted to your unique needs. This ensures maximum effectiveness and ensures you’re guided by an expert in how the body moves, responds and restores.

Mums & Bubs • Our classes are open to all women and more specifically came about because we wanted a space where mums could bring their Bub with them whilst they focus on their health and not feel uncomfortable if they cry, need to stop to feed or have to worry about leaving them in crèche etc. We know these pressures can stop us from participating in group settings or focusing on building our best self. It’s all part of the journey right? But we want to give you that space back where you can come and be part of a close community that will support you to be your best.
For mums wanting to bring Bub we recommend if able to either bring them in their capsule or to bring a play mat and toys to keep them occupied. There is one set of stairs to the space and limited area to store prams.
To make sure you can focus on participating in the class only Bubs up to walking age will be able to come along!

BOOKINGS OPEN! We are so excited to open our bookings to you, to book your first class please click the link in our bio and select Book now.
Classes will be every Monday (excluding public holidays) at 10:30am and run for 45minutes. Other times will be added on demand so stay tuned.
Each class is $22.50 per person and will be private health rebatable. If you would like to purchase a multi class pass at a discounted rate please contact us.
Everyone is welcome including babies up to walking age! Our classes are aimed at women’s health and our exercise physiologist will be assessing everyone and any individual needs as we go along. We will be sure to post some more in depth information on this in the lead up to our first class.

We are so excited to announce that our classes will be held at the beautiful ! A beautiful and relaxing space for us to all meet and build connection back with our bodies through guided fitness. Then after class you’ll be able to pop back down stairs for a much needed refreshment and retail therapy.
We do note for our gorgeous mummy’s bringing babies it is best to either bring them in their capsule or a mat and toys to play with as there is not much space to store prams and one set of stairs to the space.
Our first session will be Monday, 4 March 2025 at 10:30am. A second class will also be added on demand. Bookings will go live on 19/2/24!
