Subsidized by the Centre, so only $30 for the entire 6 weeks.
All Women welcome, and there is a sweet childcare service available that my boys loved to hang at when I volunteered there, many moons ago 🌙👶

Your duties (by which I mean your responsibilities and primarily to yourself) are found when you get quiet.

The way there is by clearing a path, removing your emotional debris, allowing any clowns their circus and to then begin cultivating some hard f***s about your own life.

Most of the time this isn’t some
great climactic transformative experience, it’s remembering all muscles get built over time and loving yourself enough to work for it.
Your life.

There are no shortcuts to devotion.

It doesn’t present itself in collinear logic, it’s a feeling game.
What we gain on the roundabout, sometimes we lose on the swings.

Acting on desires that arise from negativity are akin to the carving out of an already empty hollow inside of yourself, creating more emptiness with each choice.

Desires that arise in the place where peace lives, deep in your chest and rooted down in your belly are the ones guiding you to gratification.

Pain and pleasure are two sides of the same coin.
One feels contractive, the other expansive.

How much you’re willing to meet them both when necessary is the juice in the endless pleasure life can offer you.

Like most coin tosses, the deepest parts of you will know what side of the coin you want to see (feel in your body) when it’s flipping about in the air.
