On Thursday, we held a bake sale to celebrate Book Week and raise money for our Senior Legacy.

A huge thank you to our Year 12 students, Matilda, Zoe and Hannah, as well as Miss Foot, Miss Turner, Miss Tutton and Miss Dalton, for baking all of the delicious sweet treats for our students to enjoy.

A very special thank you to Miss Dalton and Miss Turner for organising the bake sale and putting everything together. We really appreciate all the time and effort that went into making the day such a success.

Thank you to everyone who supported the bake sale and helped us raise money for our Senior Legacy.

Gabriella has been away representing Queensland in squash and has now been rewarded for her hard work and dedication with a green and gold jersey.

We couldn’t be happier for her and look forward to welcoming her back to school next week!

2026 SPELLING BEE

Our best spellers across the school competed in the inaugural Spelling Bee House Challenge as part of our Book Week celebrations.

Trinity were victorious with Jack taking out the win after a nail-biting tie breaker. Mr Hollis challenged Jack to a final cantankerous word, but despite their electrifying rendezvous it was a called a draw.

A big thank you to Miss Williams and Ms Orr for organising the splendiferous and hotly contested occasion.

The Australian Government’s Let’s Stop Bullying campaign is helping parents and carers to identify and respond to bullying.

Any behaviour that causes harm, or makes someone feel unsafe, is not okay and needs to be addressed. Resources are now available to help support children experiencing bullying.

The Let’s Stop Bullying campaign is part of the recommendations from the Australian Anti-Bullying Rapid Review.

The Queensland Government is also providing help to parents and carers with Parentline, available for free and confidential support for a range of parenting concerns, including bullying.
