Goodness, is that the time already?

It’s Macmusic’s 7th anniversary today; and as ever - I’m grateful for the 21 teachers who’ve made our school what it is today.

I’d also like to thank the students who are or have been a part of us over the years, the families who have supported our community and the schools and music departments we regularly work with.

It’s - as it has been since we started in the back of a music shop in 2012 - a joy to make music with you.

Best of luck to our 2025 HSC candidates who begin HSC Music exams next Monday.

Hello Everyone,

Welcome back to Term 3 at Macarthur Music Academy.

This term is ten weeks in length and concludes on Friday September 26th.

HSC Music Practical Exams takes place this term, so we wish all our Year 12 students luck.

It also gives me great pleasure to welcome our new guitar, bass and keyboard teacher, Chris Foti to the academy. Chris, like most of our team, comes from the student base and was a stand out player, composer and musicologist. Having been trained by and studied under me for four years, he knows well our culture and standards and looks forward to carrying them forward.
