Welcome. My name is Deborah Bernhardt, and I am truly delighted to welcome you into this sacred space dedicated to healing, transformation, and the awakening of your deepest wisdom. For many years, my life's path wove through the world of public service, where I had the privilege of working alongside a diverse range of service providers and community members. Today, I am honoured to walk with you on a different kind of journey—one that unites ancient wisdom, vibrational healing, and spiritual connection. My Calling and My Practice
Since 2014, I have embarked on an extraordinary journey of study, self-discovery, and spiritual growth. This voyage led me to become a Sound Healer, Crystal Healer, and Master Usui Reiki Healer, as well as a Meditation Teacher and facilitator of Women's Circles. Each practice is woven into the tapestry of my life, reflecting my passion for supporting others to heal and move forward in ways that honour their unique path. Through years of dedicated learning and deep personal experience, I have cultivated a direct and profound relationship with Spirit. This connection has become the bedrock of my practice. It is my joy to call in guidance, light, and healing energies—offering you a sanctuary where you can come home to yourself, rediscover inner harmony, and chart your own direction with confidence. In my crystal healing sessions, I work intuitively with the stones, placing them where their energies are most needed to restore balance and vitality. As a Master Usui Reiki Healer, I am trained to channel universal life energy through my hands, supporting your body’s innate ability to heal itself. Its subtle currents bring comfort, peace, and a sense of being held in loving presence. In combination, crystal healing and Reiki offer a powerful synergy—amplifying each other's gifts and opening new pathways to wellbeing. Meditation and Women’s Circles: Community and Inner Peace
Meditation has long been a cornerstone of my personal and professional practice. It is a doorway to stillness, insight, and self-love. I offer guided meditation sessions tailored to your needs, whether you are a beginner seeking inner calm or an experienced practitioner wishing to deepen your journey. I am also honoured to facilitate Women’s Circles—a gathering space where women can come together, share their stories, celebrate their strengths, and support each other in community. Experiencing, Toning, Humming and Chanting and other instruments that will be played are Koshi Chimes, Aboriginal Rainstick, Aboriginal Clapping Sticks, Drum, Glockenspiel, Water drum and Crystal Pyramid. All bookings are non refundable. By booking a session you agree to this Policy. You may reschedule by booking a session if you agree to this Policy however must give 24 hours notice. You can reschedule your session up to 234 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Changes made with 24 hours are considered a non shoe and will require a new booking and a further payment. Bookings are non transferable and non giftable. Please arrive on time to honour our time together and respect others schedules. If you are more than 10 minutes late this is classified as a no show and your session will be forfeited.
