We have positions available in our general nursery hand team.

What you’ll do:

General nursery hand: Assist with a variety of day to day nursery tasks, including potting, weeding, watering, and general plant care. It is a jack of all trades position! 😊

We’re looking for people who:
✅ Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
✅ Enjoy hands-on, physical work. (A degree of fitness required).
✅ Work well as part of a team
✅ Are available for either full-time hours

Nuggets of white gold! While much of the team is flat chat sending out Spring Bulbs…there is another team taking on the task of harvesting 80 varieties of Lilium for the 2026 winter bulb season!

Many amazing, awesomely cool varieties will be on offer!

Here are just a handful of the many, many pallets that have all been dug ready for cleaning.

Today I am visiting the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show and seeing this beautiful display of colour and vibrancy.

What looks black and bare now is just dormant—like a bulb, life is waiting beneath the surface.

With time, colour, growth, and beauty will return. 🔥🌱🌸
