We're finally getting around to sharing some of the photos from Judo Australia Nationals 2026 — and what an experience it was!

Our Ginkan Judo School athletes stepped onto the national stage, going head-to-head with some of Australia's best judoka. 💪🔥

We're a little late sharing these photos, but we're **never too late to celebrate our athletes!** 🎉

Back in **May 2026**, our Ginkan Judo School athletes stepped onto the mat for their grading — putting their **skills, knowledge, technique and determination** to the test. 💪🥋

A grading is about so much more than earning a new belt.

It's about the **hours of training, the throws that didn't work the first time, the techniques practised again and again, the challenges overcome and the determination to keep improving.**

We're finally getting around to sharing some of the action from State Training in Hobart on 31 May 2026 — and these photos were definitely worth the wait! 📸

💪 Athletes brought the energy.

🥋🔥 THROWBACK TO STATE TRAINING – LAUNCESTON! 🔥🥋

We're a little late sharing these, but great moments are worth looking back on! 📸

On 17 May 2026, judoka from across Tasmania came together in Launceston for another action-packed State Training session! 💪🥋

The mats were full of energy, hard work and plenty of training, technical drills and randori. It was fantastic to see everyone pushing themselves, learning from each other and making the most of the opportunity to train alongside judoka from different clubs.

💥 Train hard.

State Training is a great way to build stronger athletes and an even stronger judo community across Tasmania.

A little belated, but we couldn't let these photos from our State Training session in Hobart on 3 May go unseen! 📸

It was great to see judoka from across Tasmania coming together for a fantastic day of training, learning and sharing the mat.

State Training is a great opportunity to train with judoka from different clubs, challenge ourselves, sharpen our techniques and continue growing together as a judo community. 💪🥋
