Great to have Thor back in the gym this week. 🥊

I first trained this boy 4 years ago at the old Mooroopna facility. Feels like a lifetime ago now in our sport.

A lot has changed since then. People come and go.

Four years on, some relationships remain strong and that says plenty.
New goals, Big dreams, plenty of work ahead.
Keep on the grind in Bendigo with the BFC crew mate.

Excited to welcome all our juniors back, and introduce our new members.

Focused well on instructions and is progressing well.

Well done K. Had to step up in weight from his 50kg to 55kg due to no one in his division
2 big drinks of water to make the limit narrowly on the lighter end.
Brave performance going down on points.
All for experience and the love of the game, well done to his opponent off to the final tomorrow 🥊

🥊🐾 GVBA JUNIOR PAWS — LEVEL 1 T-SHIRTS HAVE LANDED! 🐾🥊

Our GVBA Junior Paws Level 1 T-shirts have officially landed!

Well done to all our Junior Paws who have taken on the challenge of the GVBA grading system.

And a special shout-out to the parents, thank you for backing your kids and giving them the opportunity to take on something that is challenging, demanding and incredibly rewarding. 👏

Boxing teaches our kids so much more than how to throw a punch & protect ourselves 🥊

It teaches them to:
🎯 Set goals
💪 Push through challenges
🧠 Stay disciplined
🔥 Keep going when things get tough
🏆 Work hard for their achievements
❤️ Believe in themselves

Goal setting and achieving those goals is such a powerful thing.

Every grade, every challenge and every milestone is another opportunity for our Junior Paws to learn that hard work, consistency and determination can take them somewhere special.

After a short break, we’re excited to welcome our P*e Wee & Youth boxers back to GV Boxing Academy for the last term of the year!
