Through Yoga, Calming Techniques, Guided Meditation/Imagery and more, the kids experience a calmer, happier and healthy life. Shepparton Classes:
Thursday 10 - 10.45am - 2 to 5 yo with an adlut
Located at the Guide Hall, crn Nixon St & Skene St, Shepparton

Classes run in Nathalia include -
Tuesday 4pm to 5pm 5 - 12 year olds
Friday 10 - 10.40pm 2 - 5 year olds (non school) with an adult
* Ages are just a guide and is not a limit.

Rainbow kids is available to come to your space and do some fun yoga activities with your kids.

Block sessions or one off sessions are available. No experience needed and all equipment provided.

Your kids will love every minute as we journey to magical places, play some yoga games and relax and calm down with our quiet time sessions.

The beauty is that everyone can achieve and join in the fun.
