Dawn til Dusk Family Day Care

Hear are some pictures of our day care puppies getting pats and getting buried on the couch under toys and also both laying around. They were also playing tugawar while waiting for children to get dropped off in the morning.

Last week we were pretty hands on learning life skills such as cooking, cookie decorating and some of the children did some sowing. They all had a ball.

A couple of spots have become available at my Family Day Care service. We have indoor and outdoor learning spaces. All activities and excursions are covered in your fees. Plus meals are provided(Conditions apply)

The Schoolies had a great time this school holidays. They stated they had fun helping Eductor find craft activities for the toddlers. They were so helpful finding containers of craft items as well as helping do internet searches to find crafts that the younger ones could do with little help from others. Once schoolies and educator recreated the craft the schoolies gave it a go to see how it turned out and l can't believe how good the did.

Kids and l have had a great week this week we had a girls hair day. Alot of arts and craft and playing with day care therapy dogs Kip and Banditt. We made sented play dough and the kids were so excited as a couple of them have never played with play dough before.
What topped off our week was having a visit from our day care friends from Noelenes Nest FDC after so long.

Our wood work session with our older children are going great so far we have made a wooden base for a fairy garden and then filled it with soil and some succulents. We've also made an outdoor bird feeders. We are looking at some local places to get off cut timbers and also our Educator goes out after hours and looks outside wood construction business to see if they have any free off cut or timbers to give away. We so far have only been using left over or offcuts. It's all about recycled materials.

Day Care kids are loving the new menu. It has been running for a while now and their plates have been empty at the end of every meal. All meal provided are Home Made with fresh fruit and vegetables provide by one of our local stores Finer Fruits they have online ordering and prompt delivery and their produce is of top quality. Running my Day Care service is so much easier now l can receive fresh produce to my door, plus l order all other groceries to be delivered reducing the risk to myself and day care children of catching covid. Staying safe.

We had a busy 7 days this week with our craft at day care. With the help of our new assistant the children wanted to show her what they can do. She was very impressed with the children's love for all different activities.

The children enjoyed painting their own flower pot at day care today and then on Thursday they will be planting their flower seedlings before taking the pots home to watch the plants bloom.

This is our new day care puppy we've had her for about 6 months now and she has been a real hit with not only the kids but also the parent they like to sneak a cuddle in at drop off and pickup.

Dawn till Dusk FDC would just like to thank everyone for the amazing first half of the year we have meet new families and made many new friend along our journey with a new scheme. We can't thank them enough the support to not only the educators but our families it was more than we could ever of dreamed of. The way the scheme welcomed us all with open arms and with the touch base support calls were a delight. The fact when we all first started the educator support team were willing to answer emails and calls after hours and weekends until we got our feet on the ground. I know my service wouldnt be where it is today if l didn't have the loving and helpful support for our CEO, Admin team and of course my co-Educators. Cheyanne from lil-Munchkins FDC, Noelene from Noelene Nest FDC and our newest member to our team Farron from Helping Hands FDC, and our volunteer Dee. Thankyou all for your support you've shown me let's enjoy alot more adventures for the rest of 2019 and our future together.
