🐴🌿 A Special Surprise at Bush Kinder! 🌿🐴

Our kinder children had a wonderful surprise at Bush Kinder last week when a very special guest made an unexpected appearance! 🥰
A gentleman and his beautiful horse were making their way through the Botanical Gardens when they were spotted by some very excited children. The horse was busy with some training and stopped to say hello, giving the children the opportunity to watch as it showed off some of its special tricks. 🐴✨

It was such a memorable experience for our children, creating a wonderful opportunity to connect with animals, ask questions, observe and learn through a real-life experience. 🌿💚
What a magical Bush Kinder moment! ✨

Five little ducks went out one day..." 🐥🎶✨

Our nursery stars had so much fun bringing the classic nursery rhyme to life! Using felt ducks, a miniature pond setup, and interactive counting props, our little ones loved dipping their ducks into the water, counting from 1 to 5, and singing along with their educators. 🌊💛
Sensory story trays bring rhythm, early language, and math concepts together in a hands-on, playful way for our littlest learners!

Peek-a-boo with a pop of color! 🌈✨

Watching little eyes light up as soft, silky scarves float through the air is pure magic. Sensory play with colorful scarves isn't just adorable-it's a wonderful way for babies to practice tracking movement, developing hand-eye coordination, and exploring different textures!
Whether they're playing peek-a-boo, grasping at bright colors, or watching them fall like gentle confetti, these simple moments spark so much big learning. 💛

A simple conversation can make a big difference!

💛 Little Stars celebrated R U OK? Day by learning all about kindness, friendship, and checking in on our mates.
Our children engaged in group discussions about feelings, decorated yellow treats together, and posed inside our special "R U OK?" photo frame to spread the message. 💛✨
Teaching our little ones early how to listen, care, and ask, "Are you OK?" builds a culture of empathy that lasts a lifetime. 🌟

Science Week Incursion at Little Stars Cranbourne!

Our Kinder children had an exciting hands-on science adventure as part of our special Science Week Incursion!
Wearing safety googles, our little scientists were ready to mix, measure, investigate and experiment!
From creating colourful slime to exploring different materials and reactions, the children were fully engaged in discovering “what happens if…?”
It was wonderful to see their curiosity shine as they asked questions, made predictions, observed changes and tested their ideas through hands-on experiences.
A big thank you to our amazing Science Week incursion team for bringing science to life and making learning so much fun! 💙
