They adapt their teaching in response to children’s cues, feedback, and emerging interests, and they plan and deliver learning experiences with intentionality – tailored to each child’s developmental stage, needs and interests.
These educators remind us that excellence in teaching is not static; it is dynamic, responsive and deeply intentional.
