Last week, our Shelly’s Stars of the Week were the amazing students from 5/6H! 💙✨

5/6H have been learning all about acts of kindness and how even the smallest gestures can make a big impact on someone’s day. 🌈

From including others, lending a helping hand, sharing a smile or simply taking the time to be kind — these little actions can make a huge difference! 🫶

A huge congratulations to Kalani, who is representing the South Coast at the NSWPSSA Primary Combined Touch Football Championship in Coffs Harbour over the next three days! 🏉👏

This is Kalani’s second South Coast representative team this year! Back in May, she proudly represented South Coast in AFL in Tamworth. 🏉🦅

What an incredible achievement and a testament to Kalani’s dedication, talent and love of sport! 💙

We are so proud of you, Kalani! Best of luck for the next three days — go out there, have fun and represent Shellharbour Public School with pride! 🌟🙌

NSW STATE OZTAG CHAMPIONSHIPS 🌟🏉

What a HUGE couple of days last week, for our Junior and Senior Girls at the NSW State Oztag Championships in Penrith! 🏆🔥

After two incredible days of competition, both teams have finished with results they should be incredibly proud of!

🥉 Junior Girls: Top 4 in NSW!
🥈 Senior Girls: 2nd in NSW, going down to our neighbouring school, Shell Cove! 👏

We couldn’t be prouder of the effort, commitment and sportsmanship shown by every single girl across the two days. You represented Shellharbour Public School with so much pride and gave it absolutely everything! 🌟💪

A huge thank you to Mr Smith for giving up his time and supporting the girls across the two days — we truly appreciate everything you have done. 🙌

And a massive thank you to Mrs Devitt who came in multiple days outside of school hours to coach, train and prepare the girls for this competition. Your time, dedication and support have made such a difference! 💙❤️🏉

Most importantly, thank you to our girls. Your hard work, teamwork and commitment have been incredible to watch. You should all be so proud of yourselves! 🌟

💜 Bullying No Way Week

We had some students head around the playground to ask both peers and their teachers how they spread kindness to others. 💜

The small choices we make every day can help create a school where everyone feels valued, included and supported.
