Maths Cup, through the eyes of the students. 🧠✨

From puzzles and problem-solving to supporting one another as a team, it was a day filled with learning, confidence and plenty of fun.

And behind every student was the encouragement of teachers who helped prepare and support them along the way. 🤍

A great reflection on what Maths Cup is all about — challenging yourself, learning together and enjoying the journey.

30 years of Inspiring Generations, celebrated with the people who made it all possible. 💙

Some of the children who once wore our uniform now teach in our classrooms. And today, their own children wear that same uniform.

Seeing those generations together at our 30th anniversary celebration was something we will always treasure.

Our very first students, graduates and teachers joined past principals, former staff, delegates and friends from around the world, alongside the students, families and teachers who call Amity home today. So many people who have shaped this school, together in one room.

Looking around, you could see just how much these 30 years have meant. The children who grew up here. The teachers who believed in them. The parents who entrusted us with the people they love most. The friendships that have stayed with us long after the school years ended.

For some, it was a return to where their story began. For others, it was a chance to see the history they are now part of.

An education can shape the course of a life. A caring teacher, a sense of belonging, the values learnt along the way can stay with a person for decades. To see former students bringing those experiences into their own classrooms and families is something truly special.

To everyone who joined us, thank you. To the teachers, parents and staff who put so much love and work into bringing this evening together, we are deeply grateful. And to everyone who has given a part of themselves to Amity over the past 30 years, this celebration belongs to you.

You have helped build a community that generations of families are proud to call their own.

Amity College. 30 Years of Inspiring Generations. 💙

Quick thinking, teamwork and plenty of excitement at the Maths Cup! 🧠🏆

From racing against the clock to tackling tricky challenges, our students put their problem-solving skills to the test, and had plenty of fun along the way.

A brilliant effort from everyone involved, with Ermington finishing the day in first place! 👏

Moments like these show that learning can be challenging, competitive and incredibly rewarding all at once. ✨

Sometimes, the most important thing we can do is notice. 💛

A simple question - “Are you okay?”; can remind someone that they are seen, valued and supported. 💬

In this student wellbeing discussion, our learners reflect on the importance of checking in with friends, recognising when someone may not be themselves, and understanding when a concern is too serious to carry alone.

Supporting a friend does not always mean having the answers. Sometimes it means listening, reassuring them, and knowing when to reach out to a trusted adult, teacher, counsellor or someone who can provide the right support. 🤝

Strong communities are built when people look out for one another; with care, courage and genuine concern.

At Amity College, we continue to encourage our learners to help create an environment where everyone feels supported, connected and safe. 🌱

A special Father’s Day celebration at Amity College Leppington 💙

Our Leppington community recently came together for a fun-filled Father’s Day event, with more than 170 fathers joining their children for an afternoon of friendly competition, laughter and connection.

From tug of war to soccer and basketball challenges, the day was full of memorable moments, and plenty of proud children cheering their dads on. ⚽🏀

More than the activities themselves, the event was a reminder of how meaningful it is for our learners to see their fathers present, involved and sharing in their school experience.

Thank you to all the fathers who joined us, and to the staff who helped make the day such a warm and enjoyable celebration for our community. 🤝

On Father’s Day, we asked our students and their dads a few simple questions. The answers said so much. 🤍

From climbing Mount Fuji and playing soccer together, to lessons about kindness, truthfulness and never giving up — it’s often the everyday moments that stay with us the longest.

We heard about hopes for the future, the pride of watching children grow, and the quiet guidance that helps shape who they become.

A beautiful reminder of the love, encouragement and example fathers and father figures bring into the lives of our students. ✨

Here’s to the moments, lessons and memories that last a lifetime.

Safe to say, the dads at our Leppington Campus came ready to compete. 😄💙

Our Father’s Day event was full of energy from start to finish, with basketball, penalty shootouts, tug of war and plenty of friendly competition.

But the best part was watching our students light up as they played alongside their fathers, cheered them on and simply enjoyed having that time together.

There was so much laughter and genuine joy throughout the day. It was wonderful to see our Leppington families come together and share what became a really special day for the whole campus community.

Thank you to every father who joined us and made the event what it was. We hope you enjoyed it as much as the students did, and we’re already looking forward to doing it all again next year.

That little run over, the hug, the smile… it’s those everyday moments that mean the most.

This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating all the dads and father figures in our Amity College community who are there for the big moments, the small ones, and everything in between.

“You could feel the excitement in every corner of the STEM Maker Faire! ⚡🤖”

Beyond the projects and experiments, days like this give our students the chance to research, explore and discover the different pathways, ideas and technologies shaping the world around them.

It’s about opening their minds to what’s possible, building confidence to ask bigger questions, and helping them see where their interests could take them in the future.

From robotics and engineering to emerging technologies and creative problem-solving, STEM Maker Faire 2026 was a brilliant glimpse into the kind of thinkers, makers and innovators our students can become. 🚀
