Our Year 3 students returned this morning from their very first Westport camp! πŸ€—

Students enjoyed plenty of activities, delicious food and a movie before bed 🍿. They returned to school for a healthy lunch, creating their own delicious sub rolls πŸ₯ͺ

We were incredibly proud to hear AFL Max staff say our students were the most polite and respectful group they had hosted all year πŸ‘πŸΌβ­οΈ

We hope everyone sleeps well tonight! 😴

What a wonderful Book Week we’ve had at Westport!

Our Symphony of Stories came to life with a week packed full of fun β€” from dancing at our Silent DiscoπŸͺ©, getting lost in an audio book🎧 and discovering new favourites at our Book TastingπŸ“–, to getting creative with bookmark making✏️ and sharing the love of reading through Buddy ReadingπŸ₯°

And, of course, we finished the week with our Book Week Paradeβ€” and WOW, did our students bring their favourite stories to life! πŸ“šβœ¨πŸ§šβ€β™€οΈπŸ¦Έβ€β™‚οΈ

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make Book Week such a special celebration of the stories we loveπŸ’«
