Today, we came together for a special morning tea to recognise Men's Mental Health Week.
It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, share a conversation, and take a moment to acknowledge the importance of mental health and wellbeing in our community.
At All Saints, we believe that looking after our mental health is just as important as looking after our physical health. By creating spaces where people feel supported, valued, and connected, we help build a stronger and more caring community for everyone.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us this morning and helped make the event such a positive occasion. ๐

Week 6 of the Adventure to Thrive Program for some of our year 4โs took us out to Onkaparinga Gorge.
It was a great day of connection, fresh air, and stepping outside comfort zones. The group supported each other throughout the adventure and made the most of the beautiful surroundings.
Adventure to Thrive is a wellbeing-based program designed to support students in building resilience, confidence, and positive connections through outdoor, experiential learning.
Each week, students take part in structured activities and excursions that encourage them to step outside their comfort zones, work as a team, and develop important social and emotional skills such as communication, problem-solving, and emotional regulation.
With two weeks left of the program, weโre excited to see the growth continue.

Thursday Library Mornings at Little Saints! โ๐

Catholic Education Week is an annual celebration of the mission, values, and achievements of Catholic schools - a time to celebrate faith, community, and learning. ๐
This week, our students marked the occasion by creating their own halos, reflecting the light, kindness, and compassion we are all called to share with others.
It was wonderful to see creativity, joy, and faith shining throughout our school community as we celebrated what makes Catholic education so special. โจ
