No training tomorrow night for Anzac Day, see you all Wednesday night. Lest we forget.

We’ve waited 7 years for this moment and as you can see, Master Poppy is thrilled.

Gday all our first night back training will be Wednesday night the 2nd this will allow everyone to get their first day back at school out of the way so there’s not the mad rush for the parents. looking forward to training a full year and handing out some well earned belts regards Master Byron.

Hi everyone we are back in the hall tonight looking forward to seeing you all there gradings are still ongoing so I’ll bring the boards regards Master Byron

Training will commence via zoom again on Monday and Wednesday nights from tonight onwards.

Training starts at 7pm and will run for 30 minutes.

Good afternoon everyone there will be no training this week as the school has been directed by the education department to suspend all sports
Please continue to train at home and if the lockdown is to remain after this week I’ll recommence the zoom classes. I suppose we should treat this as just another challenge to our commitment to our sport
Be selfish and put aside some time for yourself to train, the hardest part is to start
Set a scheduled time if that helps and tell yourself do it now and the rest is easy and remember I’ve never trained and regretted the effort

Gday folks have a great Easter break do a bit of training as we’ll be grading early in the new term
If the weather holds I’ll reschedule the beach training session and then back home for a bbq and TKD videos in the theatre. Don’t forget your togs the swim-spa is at 32 degrees and ready to go regards Master Byron
