🥚 Did you know - eggs have a higher risk of causing food poisoning than other foods and need special care?

️✔️ Cook until the white is completely firm and the yolk starts to thicken

✔️ Keep eggs cold in the fridge in their carton

✔️ Use only clean and crack-free eggs

✔️ ️Keep hands, surfaces and utensils clean and dry before and after handling eggs

❌️ Never serve foods containing raw eggs to children under 2, pregnant women, folks over 70 and those with low immune systems
