📅 Tuesday 1st September
Students will have the opportunity to purchase a special gift for dad during the school day with their class, gifts are priced $5-$10 (cash only) 🎁

TUCKSHOP FATHER'S DAY TREAT BOXES 🎁
Available to order via Flexischools - take home Father's Day treat boxes will be available to take home on Thursday 3rd September (these will be delivered to the student's classroom in the afternoon).

🔥 FIRE ED 🔥

Our year one students recently had a Fire Ed incursion 🔥🚒

The aim of the program is to assist students to develop an understanding of the dangers of fire and the appropriate response should they be in a situation where fire is involved.

Reminders:
🧸 Playgroup is on Tuesday 9 - 10.30am
🤖 Robotics is in Mr Larkin's room. Tuesday 7.30am for year 4, 5 & 6 students and Wednesday 7.30am for year 2 and 3 students
🤩 Assembly is on Wednesday - all welcome
🏃‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏽 Run Club is on Wednesday from 8am - 8:30am on the oval. Run laps and earn points for your house group! (In the event of wet weather or teacher absence, students will move to supervision under F&G block)

👉 We are responsible for our own actions and inactions.

This means:
🎲 We leave personal treasures at home.
📱 We leave all electronic devices (including smart watches) at the office during school hours.
✏ We arrive at all lessons on time and with the correct equipment.
👍 We are responsible for our own learning.
🏏 We participate in approved games.
🏏 We take care of play equipment and return it when finished.
👍 We only go to the tuckshop if we are buying something or are directed to do so by a teacher. We line up at the correct window. We leave immediately after buying our tuckshop items and move to our correct areas before eating/drinking.

🌟 STARLAB ADVENTURE 🌟

Our year one students recently enjoyed an exciting incursion with Starlab! Students explored astronomy and earth science through interactive demonstrations and a full dome cinematic experience.

The session brought science to life as students discovered more about space, planets and our Earth in a fun and engaging way. 🚀

With Book Week approaching, Book Club is a simple way for families to keep the reading momentum going! 📚 Reading sits at the heart of primary learning, and when students discover books they love, they stay engaged, curious and ready to imagine worlds far beyond the everyday. 💫
