For a child with Combined Type ADHD, the outside behaviour is only part of the story.

The talking, interrupting, movement, forgotten instructions, lost belongings and unfinished tasks are often the things adults notice first.

But underneath can be a child who knows they are trying, notices the frustration around them, feels emotions intensely and may be working far harder than it appears just to manage the demands of the day.
