Great news: this Sunday you'll get an extra hour of sleep 🤩

That's because daylight saving ends at 3am on Sunday, and clocks will move back an hour to 2am.

To make the change easier for your body, you can start going to bed 15 minutes later each day leading up to Sunday 🛏️

And with the long weekend, you even have some extra time to get your body used to the change 😉
