It was wonderful to catch up with Collegiate, Fahan and Hutchins alumni last night at the Royal Exchange in Sydney.

We love these combined reunions and the opportunity they provide to reconnect, reminisce and celebrate the friendships and shared connections across our three school communities.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for such an enjoyable evening. We look forward to doing it all again!

Ryan leads his three restaurants (including Aloft, which turned 10 last year) with not only technical ability but also a commitment to support growing careers in Tasmania’s hospitality scene.
