A massive thank you to everyone who took part and kept showing up, putting in the work and staying consistent!

And a huge congratulations to David Morley(Dave ), our Attendance Challenge Champion with 16 classes attended! 🥇

It was a close race right until the end, great effort from everyone on the leaderboard!

Huge congratulations to all our students who made the trip to Launceston last weekend to compete at the Tasmanian Submission Championships ! 🔥

We’re proud of everyone who stepped on the mats, challenged themselves and represented the team. Win or lose, every competition gives us something to learn and bring back to the training room.

A special thank you as well to the students who travelled up just to support their teammates, that’s what being part of a team is all about!

And to everyone who hasn’t competed yet… maybe the next one is your turn! 👀 Competition is an awesome way to test yourself, get outside your comfort zone and take your Jiu Jitsu to another level.

Now it’s time to work on the mistakes, keep improving and get ready for the next one!
