In honour of Closing the Gap Day, we pleased to share for the first time our Sanctuary Point Public School rap song called" bulwal waranj-njin" meaning 'Our Strong Children' was written by our year 5 & 6 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in our cultural group called 'munyunga garindja' meaning 'eaglehawk youth'. The song was collaboratively written by the students, Aunty Ashlee Williams (Aboriginal Education Officer), Aunty Justine Brown Mcleod, Miss Stevie-Lee Donald, and the backing track was created by Mr Anthony Roberts.
