Pasta Making Masterclass Series - learn everything you need to know about making pasta from scratch!
Includes 4 x 2 hour sessions (Thursdays 10am - 12pm) as follows:
3 Nov - Cavatelli, Orecchiette & Spaghetti
10 Nov - 3 types of Gnocchi: Traditional Potato, Ricotta & Roasted Pumpkin
24 Nov - Fettuccine, Ravioli & Tortellini
1 Dec - Lasagne & Cannelloni
Course includes:
A generous serving of freshly cooked pasta for lunch, followed by tea/coffee and a little sweet 💋; a printed copy of the recipes; and cooking demonstration with some opportunity for hands on.
