Our Goanna Community Fruit Basket is here! ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ’๐ŸŽ๐ŸŠ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‹

A BIG thank you to our awesome families who have already shared with us.

Please feel free to add some of your delicious home-grown fruits to the basket, and just as importantly, help yourselves to anything you'd like to enjoy.

Sharing is what makes our community so special.

Your donation will help recruit, screen, train, and match a โ€œPyjama Angelโ€ with a child who needs them most. These volunteer mentors do more than read books or help with homework. They build trust, confidence, and a love of learning that can change the course of a childโ€™s life.

Together, we can help children in foster care dream bigger and believe in themselves.

Check out the Kangaroos Car Track Game.

The game moves through different areas such as housing, beach, garages, forest, city and even a three dimensional tunnel that has been sticky taped on. A dice is rolled and the player moves their car through the car track until they reach the finish line.

On Tuesday last week, team members from our Clayfield, Northgate and Samford Centres attended the National Sorry Day- Teralba Park Ceremony which is run by the Teralba Park Stolen Generation Support Group Inc.

At Capers Early Learning we acknowledge National Sorry Day as a day of remembering those children and families that were taken from their loved ones and the impact this had on their lives. This was also an opportunity for learning and reflection of how we can continue on our journey towards Reconciliation.
