Toohey forest can be accessed from Toohey rd Tarragindi. Entrance to start of walks and picnic area accessed where the forest meets the road on the Eastern side. There are also walks on the other side of the road.

Mt Gravatt lookout can be accessed vis Shire st off Logan rd near Big Rooster. It is a steep descent but thoughly worth a try
