The week ten ‘Student Of The Week’ has been nominated by our specialist math Tutor Jenny. She writes:
I have nominated Pau as Student Of The Week for this week.
I have been working with Pau as his Math Tutor since last year.
Over the time that he has been my student I have seen him always put in the maximum effort, consistently working well during each session, showing respect to other students and staff while growing in confidence in his own ability.
His sense of humour and his willingness to focus on all tasks at hand and ask questions makes him a pleasure to teach.
I wish him all the best as he progresses through school.

The week eight ‘Student Of The Week’ has been awarded to Toby and well deserved it is too!
Toby began building his very bright future with us in December of last year (2023) and he has been consistently enthusiastic and always with that brilliant smile.
He has put his heart and soul into the work presented to him and he has obviously understood the importance of gaining knowledge, skills and wisdom. More to the point he has always tackled every task with good grace and determination. He always does what is asked of him and he can be relied on to give of his very best.
I am both happy and proud to be Toby’s tutor and I feel he will go a long way with the brilliant work and effort he puts in. Well done, Toby.

Jenavieve is the chosen ‘Student Of The Week’ for week seven of term one 2024.
We choose deserving students most weeks of every term to reward them for their diligence, their enthusiasm for their tasks and for their general manners toward the staff and other students. As well as that we choose them for their levels of improvement, and Jenavieve has certainly proven herself worthy of that.
As her tutor, I am very proud to recommend Jenavieve for her terrific attitude and her great progress in math. She has consistently put in maximum effort and as a result is achieving her goals really well.
Jenavieve is well deserving of the honour of being given the medal as a ‘Kip Champ’. Keep up the great work Jenavieve.

This week’s Student of the Week is My Tam, who has been with us since June of this 2021 and made a big impression on us at Kip.
Jenny, her tutor says:
I have worked with My Tam for some time now, and I have watched her develop into a mature young lady who puts in a one hundred percent effort with her work each session. She enjoys any challenge given to her.
My Tam is very respectful of the staff and other students at the Centre. She has grown in confidence both with her maths as well as her interactions with others.
My Tam will do well as she moves up in year levels at school because of her positive attitude towards her work. It is a pleasure to work with her.

Trinity Hemlin
This week’s Student of the Week is Trinity who has been with us since March of this year and made a big impression on us at Kip.
Trinity is always smiling and has a really positive attitude towards everything that she does. As a result of her effort, great attitude, and consistently positive mindset, she is making good progress toward achieving well in maths. Her quiet enthusiasm about learning has had a really positive effect on those around her, including me.
I can see her persistence paying off and she will be soon recognised as an excellent student at her school as well.
Well done Trinity; keep up the great work.

Aysha has been a part of our ‘Kip Family’ for just over a year now and has proved to be a ‘model’ student. She always arrives on time and happily settles down to her studies. Her work is always completed well, and she takes great pride in all that she achieves.
Aysha will ask questions if she is unsure of what she needs to be doing and gives positive feedback in her learning, often saying things like, “We learned this in school today, so I can do this”.
Her attitude towards all tasks set is always of a positive nature and she delights in getting 100% in assignments.
Aysha, I really enjoy having you to teach; you are a pleasure to work with and we are very proud to award you Student Of The Week. You really do deserve this – well done!

Alex has been nominated and accepted as the Student Of The Week for week six. This year I have had Alex for maths, and I have been really impressed with his work ethic and approach to the subject.
He always arrives with a huge smile and a willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed at every task presented. To that end, he does everything that I ask him to do with real enthusiasm and even the mundane things, like learning his ‘times tables’ he approaches with that same infectious enthusiasm. He is the kind of person who always makes time to greet and say goodbye to all the members of staff, and that is very much appreciated.
Alex is a very worthy recipient of this award, and I foresee him being awarded many more.
Well done, Alex, and keep up the great work.
