🏀 Staff vs Students Basketball Game! 🏀

What a competition! The staff reign again, but our students put in such a huge effort during today’s Staff vs Students basketball game. The teamwork, determination and school spirit on display made for an exciting match from start to finish!

A big congratulations to everyone who played, what a game!

National Volunteer Week - 18th-24th May 2026

Today we attended a wonderful celebration at Adelaide Town Hall for National Volunteer Week. We were proud to take three of our amazing volunteers, representing the many fantastic volunteers we have at Salisbury Primary School, to celebrate and recognise the invaluable difference volunteers make in our community every day.

It was lovely to come together and hear from Hon. Lucy Hood, Minister for Education, Training and Skills, who recognised and celebrated the important role volunteers play in strengthening our communities.

As a school, we also celebrated our volunteers during our Week 3 assembly by presenting each of them with a certificate and small gift as a token of our appreciation for the valuable contribution they make to our school community.

A huge thank you to all volunteers for your time, care, and dedication. Your contribution is truly valued!

2026 is your year to volunteer, so please consider joining our wonderful community of volunteers, whether it’s helping in classrooms, supporting events, or getting involved in school activities, every contribution makes a real difference.
