We're Hiring | Customer Service Supervisor 👋

Join the team at Aqua Energy and help create exceptional experiences for our members, customers and visitors every day.

We're seeking an organised, motivated and people-focused Customer Service Supervisor to lead our Customer Service and Café teams. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supporting daily operations, developing staff, overseeing customer service delivery and helping maintain a welcoming, safe and positive environment across the facility.

We're looking for someone who can confidently lead a team, build strong working relationships and create a positive culture focused on service excellence. You'll be a proactive problem solver who can think on your feet, manage competing priorities and support staff to perform at their best. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences are essential.

☑️ Ongoing Part-Time Position (0.8 EFT)
☑️ Opportunity to increase to Full-Time hours
☑️ Band 5: $77,357 - $88,159 pro rata + 12% superannuation

The redevelopment is complete, and we're building a fresh new leadership team to help lead services at our premier leisure facility.

If you're passionate about community, wellbeing, and delivering exceptional experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

We're currently recruiting for three Supervisor positions:

☑️ Customer Service Supervisor
☑️ Health and Fitness Team Supervisor
☑️ Aquatics Operations Supervisor

These roles are offered on a 4-day-per-week basis, with the flexibility for successful candidates to transition to full-time employment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of building the next chapter of Aqua, supporting our community to stay active, connected, and healthy while leading high-performing teams in a newly redeveloped facility.

🧘 Please note that our Tuesday 5:30pm Yin Yoga class has been temporarily moved to Wednesday at 5:30pm on the following dates due to instructor availability:

• Wednesday 19 August
• Wednesday 26 August
• Wednesday 2 September
• Wednesday 9 September
• Wednesday 16 September

Yin Yoga will return to its regular Tuesday 5:30pm timeslot from 22 September.

Aqua Energy will reopen to the public from 6.30pm tonight.

🚨 Aqua Energy is CLOSED 🚨

Unfortunately, we have experienced a power outage and Aqua Energy is now closed for the remainder of the evening.

As a result, all swimming lessons scheduled for this evening have been cancelled.

We are working with AusNet and doing our best to contact affected customers as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience while we work through this process.

In the meantime, please help us spread the word by sharing this post with family, friends and anyone who may be attending lessons tonight.

We will provide further updates as soon as they become available.

Today, Aqua Energy is going blue to support World Drowning Prevention Day and help raise awareness of a simple but important message: drowning is preventable.

Every year, an estimated 236,000 people lose their lives to drowning worldwide, making it one of the leading causes of death for children and young people.

Whether you're at the beach, on the water, or around a pool

✅ Supervise children at all times

✅ Wear a lifejacket

✅ Learn water safety and swimming skills

✅ Avoid alcohol around water activities
