Eastwood Tamil Study Centre - Home Welcome to Eastwood Tamil Study Centre (ETSC). ETSC is a language teaching school to teach Tamil language and to promote Tamil Culture. The classes are held in the Eastwood Public School.ETSC is following the NSW Federation of Tamil School.
