Check out the Venture Makers Innovation Challenge!
The Innovation Challenge is a full-day immersive experience hosted at the Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport terminal, delivered by WSU Launch Pad in collaboration with Western Sydney International Airport (WSI).
Leveraging our strategic partnerships, we are unlocking the knowledge base and creative elasticity of our students to kickstart and showcase the innovation and economic development potential of the region and communalities of Western Sydney.
Over 100 students from various disciplines have worked tirelessly with mentors, collaborating and harnessing the power of AI to develop solutions to the challenge "“How might Western Sydney International Airport become catalyst to transform the way people discover, access, and explore Greater Sydney and NSW?”
All this work culminates in a pitch showcase where teams deliver their diverse solutions to a distinguished panel of judges.
Such a great reminder of the potential of our students and our region!
