Scout and Haddie are back at HPPS as part of the Unconditional Love Foundation program 🐕‍🦺🐾 Students have been enjoying “pat and chat” sessions throughout the school, and some children are fortunate to spend extra time working alongside these wonderful wellbeing dogs. Their visits bring smiles, calm moments, and plenty of joy to our school community 🐶🙂

The Senior school students are having a great time at camp. They have been enjoying the surfing and the outdoor activities. They have been lucky to have great weather. Looking forward to having them all back tomorrow 😀

On Tuesday the Junior School was visited by the Mindful Monkey Mindful Monkey Education and her friends Sensory Sally, Breathing Bobby and Emotional Eric.
The students learnt lots of breathing techniques, how to be a body detectives to name their emotions and how to use their senses to stay grounded and calm. The students all received a sensory glitter jar to help them be more mindful.

Last Friday, the Grade 6 and Foundation classes had the opportunity to meet their new buddies for 2026. As seen in the photos, they enjoyed reading a book together and sharing their interests with one another. Both groups had a wonderful time getting to know each other🧑‍🤝‍🧑🫸🏻🫷🏻🧑‍🤝‍🧑

Our Year 6 students received their hoodies last week, marking an exciting milestone in their final year of primary school. There was a real sense of pride and anticipation as they tried them on for the first time and celebrated this moment together. Its always a special tradition for our senior students and their smiles in the photo say it all 📸👨🏻‍🎓🫡
