March is push-up challenge month.
Here is the calendar in case you lose yours!
Please remember to do your pushups every day.
On days that you train, you WILL be doing them in class.

Term one begins tonight!
We will be conducting classes with extreme care considering the predicted temperature.
Doboks NOT required tonight.
Arm guards and shin guards will it be required.
Water bottles COMPULSORY!
Stay safe folks.

Term 1, 2026 begins tomorrow!
Find your belt.
Check your guards were washed last year.
Make sure you still fit you uniform.

Classes resume Tuesday 26 January, 2026. Remember to be well hydrated before class, and we will definitely be taking plenty of breaks and modifying activities.
