Rhythm2Resilience Drumming Workshops 🪘🪘

The upcoming six-week program will be facilitated by Cook Shire Council Recovery & Resilience Officer, Pasha Lynch, a local resident, who has more than 15 years’ experience delivering therapeutic drumming sessions with children and adults.

The sessions will help children learn simple beats, try something new, build confidence and practise working together. They will also explore feelings in a fun and gentle way, including how emotions can affect themselves and others.

The activities are designed especially for young beginners, so everyone will be learning and discovering new rhythms together.

Travel to the hall is provided by FNQ Bus Lines.

Find the beat and join the fun in Rossville!

Looking for a fun after-school activity where kids can get creative, build confidence and make new friends?

Young people aged 6–12 years are invited to take part in a free six-week drumming program at Rossville Hall this August and September.

Through rhythm, drumming and group activities, participants will learn new skills, build teamwork and communication skills, and enjoy making music together in a fun and supportive environment.

Places are strictly limited, so register your child today!
