📚✨ What a magical Book Week! ✨📚
We celebrated a fantastic week of reading, creativity and community with something exciting happening every day. Students eagerly took part in our daily Teachers' Where’s Wally Hunt, searched for Wonka Golden Tickets hidden in lunch orders, and showcased their artistic talents in the Book Cover Design Competition, with many delighted prize winners recognised.

Throughout the week, students were immersed in our enchanting Harry Potter Room experience during breaks, while others enjoyed some quiet reading time in the Library accompanied by relaxing lo-fi beats.

A huge thank you to our staff who ran engaging activities, including bookmark making, and helped create such a vibrant celebration of books and literacy. The week concluded in spectacular fashion with the much-anticipated Staff Dress Up Parade, which brought plenty of smiles, laughter and Book Week spirit.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make Book Week 2026 such a memorable success!

🚑 Learning Beyond the Classroom | P.A.R.T.Y. Program
Our Year 11 Community Service Certificate II students recently attended the P.A.R.T.Y. Program (Prevent Alcohol and Risk-Related Trauma in Youth) at Fiona Stanley Hospital.

The interactive day provided students with valuable insights into injury prevention and the real-life consequences of risk-taking behaviours. Students heard from emergency department staff, paramedics and a spinal rehabilitation patient, toured hospital facilities, explored first aid and CPR skills, experienced mobility challenges and participated in activities designed to demonstrate the impacts of impaired coordination.

A challenging but highly valuable experience, the program gave our students an opportunity to learn from healthcare professionals and gain a deeper understanding of the importance of making safe and responsible choices.

Book Week at Rossmoyne can only mean one thing…It’s time for the annual Teachers’ Book Week Parade!

Because apparently, watching your teachers parade through school dressed as book characters is a perfectly legitimate part of the curriculum. 😂👏

Special guest and former staff member, A.J. Sadler, dropped in to meet our students and sign his Maths books — and, naturally, even a few calculators - Because nothing says Book Week quite like getting your calculator autographed.

A massive thank you to all our staff who embraced the silliness, dressed up and helped make Book Week such a fun celebration 💙📚

💃🔥 SPOTLIGHT🔥💃
The stage came alive at Spotlight, as our Year 11 and 12 Dance students showcased their incredible creativity, dedication and passion for dance.

Our ATAR Dance students performed their Original Solo Choreographies — pieces they will take into their practical exams. For our Year 12s, it was their final formal performance before exams, while our Year 11s took to the stage to showcase their work for the very first time!

Our General Dance students also wowed the audience with energetic class dances and group compositions, demonstrating the power of collaboration and creativity.

What a fantastic showcase of our students’ talent and hard work
