Did you know that you have 12 months to begin building work once approved? If building work doesn’t commence, your permit lapses and a new application needs to be submitted. As the homeowner, this is your responsibility to work with your builder and building surveyor to ensure you meet permit timeframes. Want to find out more about how the building process works?
