🌱 Garden Club 🌱

Every Tuesday at lunch time, students have been enjoying Garden Club with Mrs O! 🌼🍃

Garden Club provides students with the opportunity to learn how to grow and care for a variety of plants and gardens around our school. Students are developing important skills such as teamwork, responsibility and caring for the environment, while also enjoying time outdoors.

It has been wonderful to see students taking pride in helping our school gardens grow and flourish.🌻

🏃‍♂️🌟 RPS Cross Country 🌟🏃‍♀️

On Monday, our students participated in a fantastic Cross Country event and we could not be prouder of the way they represented our school!

Throughout the day, students showed incredible resilience and respect, encouraging one another and giving their very best effort. It was wonderful to see so many students having a go and supporting their peers from start to finish. 💚

Congratulations to all of the students who placed in their events. We wish them the very best of luck at the next level on Monday as they compete around the Heyfield Wetlands. 🍀

A huge congratulations also goes to Denison for winning the 2026 RPS Cross Country event! 🏆

Thank you to our staff, Ms Campion in particular for organising the whole event, families and supporters who helped make the day such a success.

🌟 Lunch Time Clubs 🌟

This term our students have been enjoying a variety of different lunch time clubs across the school! Today’s activities included Lego Club and Colouring Club, with students showing creativity, teamwork and plenty of smiles. 🧩🎨

Lunch time clubs provide students with a wonderful opportunity to play, socialise and build friendships in a safe and supportive environment alongside staff members. It has been fantastic to see so many students getting involved and trying new activities.

After listening to Dr Seuss “what pet should I get?” Grade 1/2 discussed interesting pets they would like to have and then used Lego to try to create them. Afterwards they wrote a sentence about what they created.
