Advance Community College is a non-profit, community-based, registered training organisation that has provided flexible training options on the Mornington Peninsula since 1980. We offer a range of courses that enhance your ‘employability‘, courses that prepare you to enter the workforce, change your job, or upgrade your skills for a better job. With Head Office located in Rosebud, the company has

current management rights of the Hastings Community Hub, and delivers a range of Horticulture programs from our Horticultural Education Centre in Mornington. Advance is also a Learn Local organisation, offering pre-accredited programs to assist individuals in areas such as career advice, basic computer training and pre-vocational courses.

Operating as an Independent School, Advance offers the Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) at Foundation, Intermediate and Senior levels at both Rosebud and Hastings.
