Hi to all my valued followers, it is time for happy kids day care to say goodbye after 5 years. We have had 5 years of learning, playing, and making heaps of new friends and I want to thank each and every one of you who joined the happy kids day care family and made hkdc a success in those 5 years.
Good luck on all future endeavours and hope you all have a great Christmas.

Lots of fun learning for all ages
Gross motor skills- with climbing, jumping, riding
Fine motor skills - cutting, threading,
Hand/eye coordination- matching, balls, balloons
Role play- super hero’s, cooking in toy kitchen, looking after babies, hair dressing
Independence- making their own choices
Children also had fun with all the Easter activities and one got to meet the Easter bunny on an excursion to the plaza

Lots and lots have been happening these last few months!! There has been lots of sensory play, positive interaction, independence, fine motor skills, hand eye coordination, as well as learning our letters, numbers, cutting, climbing and digging.
Unfortunately I do not have any vacancies until middle of year, however if you would like to go on waiting list just let me know 😀😀

Over this last lock down I was still able to have 2 children and it didn’t stop us having fun. Even though we were not allowed to go in outings there was plenty to do to keep learning all our skills such as fine/gross motor skills, hand/eye coordination, sensory, independence and so much more.
If anyone is interested in a meet and greet to join our happy kids day care family I have a few vacancies left.
And we have just received a new book to explain covid to children ‘when the world went inside’.

Even with covid it hasn’t stopped us, we have been continuing with hand/eye coordination, fine motor skills, concentration, culture, interaction, independence, role play, colours, FaceTime with Isabella, lots of cuddle when needed and so much more. We have also introduce Tobie to our happy kids family with open arms and he has settled in very nicely 😀😀😀

Had a great month with these little munchkins using :-
• concentration skills with puzzles, tracing letters, threading
• sensory skills with painting, play dough bug table, sand dough
• fine motor skills with puzzles, threading
• hand eye coordination with catching and throwing balls and balloons
• independence skills choosing their own fruit at morning tea/afternoon tea, able to make their own choices with what they want to do
• gross motor skills climbing, jumping, riding bikes, running
• environment with recycling, feeding wild birds, weather, hearing and seeing airplane
• role play with being superhero’s, mums and babies, making beautiful cup of teas
• Imagination in their playing and drawing.

And a great month was had by all

Another learning, fun filled few weeks at happy kids day care. The children have used their fine and gross motor skills, hand/eye coordination, and concentration with threading, puzzles, blocks, an obstacle course and so much more.
There has been different types of painting using an empty little sanitiser bottle with water and food dye and also using a plastic dropper.
There was also lots of role play with children being mummy’s, superheroes, hairdressers, using wooden blocks as phone and what ever else it is that they want to be.

Still have vacancies: Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and if you like the look of the fun we have, book a meet and greet and hopefully your little one can enjoy some fun with us 😀

What a crazy month it has been, crazy fun and crazy learning!!! Learning and strengthening their fine motor skills with cutting with scissors, playing with stickers, picking up things with the egg claw and so much more. Other skills children are learning is their environment and what we might find in the environment, looking after babies real and pretend, how to be gentle with the kittens, they are also learning sensory skills, interaction skills and independence. The children also planted and looked after their Mother’s Day plant, help make some play dough, sand dough and Mother’s Day cookies. The learning to be at HKDC is endless 😀.
We also introduced a new friend to our happy kids day care named Tre. Vacancies are starting to fill up so if you think your little may like some great fun learning organise a meet and greet soon.
