2-3 YEAR OLDS

Often we forget about the life long skills and impact being part of a gymnastics class can have on our little humans!

- Emotional regulation
- Social interaction and play
- Taking turns and sharing
- Gross motor development
- Balance, coordination and body awareness
- Confidence and independence
- Listening and following instructions
- Learning routines and transitions
- Problem solve
- Trying new things and stepping outside their comfort zone
- Communication skills
- Building a positive relationship with physical activity
- Having fun and making new friends

These might seem like little things now, but they're helping build the foundations for a confident, capable and active little person! 🤸‍♀️💙

"Why should I enrol my 10-13 year old?"

You're not just signing them up to learn a handstand...

You're giving them a place to practise resilience, courage, independence, problem-solving, goal-setting and confidence of course while getting stronger, making friends and having fun.

When the class is over we hope they'll carry with them a lesson that is far more important than a handstand...

“When something is hard, I can keep going. I can figure it out. I can get better.”

That's a pretty good skill set for a 10–13-year-old to have.
