Proud of this kid, making her way in the music world. Ymai has been having lessons with me since she was just 5 years old! Now she is 11 and will be performing a solo set at the Warrnambool Night Market at 4.30pm this Friday. A talented musician, she will share her expressive singing voice with her guitar and piano playing, doing a couple of covers and a song of her own! ❤️ Hope you can come along to Lake Pertobe to cheer Ymai on and enjoy her music.

So proud of this beautiful voice, taking opportunities to make her way to the Folkie stage this weekend, performing 2 original songs of her own, amongst others. Accompanying herself on the piano, I am chuffed to be helping her out with some harmonies. It's my first Folkie gig too. Woohooo! 😁

I'm going to be singing my recently penned song 'Upwelling' with the Moyne community at 11am Sunday 23rd July to protest against Seismic Blasting in our beautiful Southern Ocean. 🌊🎵🐋

This is the most meaningful singing performance I've ever done in my life.

Delivering a heartfelt message through song to a gas company at their public consultation meeting on Tuesday night. They intend to do seismic blasting and gas drilling up and down the coast from Port Fairy, starting later this year. It was so intense, looking straight at each other the whole time at such close proximity. And what a wonderful feeling and sound it was to hear the Port Fairy community around me join in the chorus, sending a very clear message to CGG + ConocoPhillips. ❤️🌊

I'll be performing the 'Upwelling' song again with my Triptych birds at the Crossley Church 7.30pm at 15 Minutes of Fame tonight, as well as at The Bandari Project Women in Song concert at the Port Fairy Lecture Hall 10.30am on the 12th June.

There will also be a community information, documentary ('Sonic Sea') and song evening at the Warrnambool Capitol Cinema at 7pm on the 8th June. Hope to see/hear you there! 🎵

This is massive news for our musical community. The acoustics in the Crossley Church are A.MA.ZING. It's my favourite place to sing, unplugged.

Now with the addition of this new grand piano... Wow. 😳 I can't wait to experience it. 🎵😍

This gala event is a feast of classical / contemporary music including original work by local artists as well as traditional composers.

Includes afternoon tea and refreshments, with all money raised going to support the ‘Friends of St Brigid's’ at Crossley.

The arrival of a lovely Kawai grand piano is to help and support local pianists so as to reach their goals, while inviting known pianists into the area to perform in a building worthy of a concert hall.
Bookings advised for catering purposes.

Doors open 1.30 pm. Show begins 2.00. break 2,45 show concludes around 4.00 pm.
