🚛 **What an exciting week we've had!** ♻️

This week our centre welcomed a very special visitor – a real-life garbage truck! The children were thrilled to get up close and see how the truck works, watching the bins being lifted and emptied while learning all about the important job our waste collection workers do in our community.

Our older children also enjoyed a valuable lesson on **waste management**, discovering how to sort rubbish correctly and learning the difference between general waste, recycling and why looking after our environment is so important.

Experiences like these help children build an understanding of the world around them while encouraging responsibility and sustainable practices from a young age.

🦎🐢 **What an amazing wildlife adventure!** 🐢🦎

Our kindy children recently enjoyed a special visit from **Deadly Australians**, where they had the opportunity to learn all about Australia's incredible reptiles.

The children were fascinated as they met and gently patted a real turtle and lizard, explored fascinating fossils, and discovered interesting facts about our unique native wildlife. It was a hands-on learning experience that sparked curiosity, encouraged questions, and created lots of excitement throughout the day.

A huge thank you to **Deadly Australians** for providing such an engaging and educational experience. We loved every minute of it! 💚✨

Our centre recently came together to celebrate **National Pyjama Day**, and what a wonderful day it was! 💙💛

Our children and educators swapped their everyday clothes for their favourite pyjamas and spent the day enjoying lots of fun activities, laughter, and special moments together. From stories and games to creative experiences, the day was filled with smiles and a wonderful sense of community.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing families for supporting this special day. It was fantastic to see everyone embracing the fun while helping to raise awareness of the importance of providing children with the opportunity to feel safe, supported, and loved.

✨🧚 **Fairy Day Fun!** 🧚✨

Our kindy children recently asked if we could have a **Fairy Day**... and of course, we couldn't say no! 💚

Our educators and children came dressed as fairies and spent the day enjoying a little bit of magic together. From enchanting fairy-themed activities and creative play to lots of laughter, imagination and sparkle, it was a truly magical day for everyone involved. ✨🌸

We love following our children's interests and ideas, and Fairy Day was the perfect opportunity to encourage creativity, imaginative play and making wonderful memories together.

Thank you to all of our families for supporting another fun-filled day at kindy. We can't wait to see what adventure our children dream up next! 🧚🍄🌼

🧘‍♀️🌿 Happy International Yoga Day! 🌿🧘‍♂️

Today, our children had a wonderful time celebrating International Yoga Day by exploring a variety of fun yoga poses alongside their educators. From stretching like tall trees to balancing like strong warriors, there were plenty of smiles, giggles, and moments of mindfulness throughout the day.

Yoga helps children develop balance, coordination, focus, and body awareness while encouraging relaxation and wellbeing. It was fantastic to see everyone enthusiastically joining in and giving each pose their best try!

A big thank you to our educators for making the experience so engaging and enjoyable. 💚

🧸 Teddy Bears' Picnic 🧸

What a wonderful day we had at our Teddy Bears' Picnic! The children brought along their favourite soft and cuddly friends, and we loved meeting them all. There were huge bears, tiny bears, Cookie Monster, Toy Story characters, and many other special companions.

Our furry friends had a very busy day! They had their portraits drawn, zoomed down the slides, climbed through obstacle courses, stopped to sniff the beautiful flowers, and joined in many other fun adventures throughout the day.

The children had so much fun sharing their treasured toys with their friends and taking part in a day full of imagination, laughter, and play. Thank you to everyone for bringing along such wonderful companions and helping to make our Teddy Bears' Picnic so special! 🐻❤️

🦕🦖 Dino Day was a ROAR-some success! 🦖🦕

What an incredible day of prehistoric fun! Our children and educators truly embraced the theme, arriving in so many awesome dinosaur-inspired costumes. From fierce T-Rexes to colourful dinosaurs, everyone looked fantastic!

The day was filled with exciting dino-themed activities, including creative crafts, sensory play, games, and plenty of opportunities for imaginative exploration. It was wonderful to see the children learning, laughing, and having fun together as they discovered the world of dinosaurs.

A huge thank you to our families and educators for helping make Dino Day such a memorable experience. We loved seeing everyone's enthusiasm and creativity!
