What if your words had a rhythm that made people lean in and listen?
That's CADENCE. Listen to any memorable speech and you'll hear it: the rhythm that makes words land, the pauses that create anticipation, the varied pace that keeps attention alive.
Cadence is the musicality of language. It's what makes some speakers hypnotic and others monotonous. Your words matter, but so does the rhythm you give them.

What if your audience trusted every word you said because they knew you'd never compromise the truth?
That's VERACITY. Audiences have finely tuned sensors for authenticity. They might not remember every fact you share, but they'll remember whether they trusted you.
Veracity in speaking means honouring the truth of your experience, representing facts accurately, and having the courage to say "I don't know" when you don't.

That's being ARTICULATE. Being articulate isn't a natural gift, it's a developed capability.
Every time you pause to find the right word, restructure a confusing sentence, or practise explaining something complex in simple terms, you're building your capacity to articulate well.
The speakers who seem effortlessly clear have simply done the work when no one was watching. What will you practise articulating this week?
