From Minions to Hungry Caterpillars, Frozen favourites and Spider-Man, to a full-on T-Rex invasion… our day was bursting with imagination, creativity and so much joy! 🦖📖💙

It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved and celebrating the magic of books in such fun and creative ways.

💙 What an incredible result! 💙

We are so proud to share that My School Childcare and Kindergarten raised an amazing $399 for Jeans for Genes Day!

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful families for your generosity and support. Our children had a fantastic day wearing their jeans and taking part in a variety of meaningful learning experiences that helped them understand the importance of Jeans for Genes Day and how their fundraising can make a real difference in the lives of children affected by genetic conditions.

Throughout the day, the children also engaged in creative activities, discussions, and experiences that promoted empathy, kindness, and community awareness.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who donated and supported this important cause. Together, we are helping fund vital research and support for families across Australia.

This term at My School Childcare & Kindergarten, our Kindy children have been having a fantastic time participating in weekly baseball lessons with Phil from Kinder Crocs! ⚾️

These fun and active sessions help build coordination, confidence, teamwork, and a love of being active, all while having plenty of fun!

🎉 Celebrating 6 Amazing Years with Miss Amy! 🎉

Today we're celebrating an incredible milestone, Miss Amy's 6-year anniversary with My School Childcare & Kindergarten Park Avenue! 💙

Over the past six years, Amy has worn many hats, beginning as a Co-Educator, growing into a Lead Educator, and now excelling in her role as our 2nd Assistant Director.

Throughout every role, Amy has been a constant source of leadership, mentoring, and guidance for our team. She has nurtured and supported countless children, built meaningful relationships with our families, and is always willing to lend a helping hand or a listening ear.

Behind the scenes, Amy provides invaluable administrative support, from organising documentation and maintaining records to keeping filing systems up to date and ensuring everything runs smoothly. As our dedicated Safety Officer, she also works tirelessly to keep our policies and procedures current, assisting in coordinating the review of our emergency management plans, and ensuring our emergency training remains up to date, helping to keep our children, families, and team safe every day.

Amy's dedication, professionalism, kindness, and unwavering commitment make a lasting impact on everyone in our My School community. We are so grateful for everything she does, both the work everyone sees and the countless tasks that happen behind the scenes.

Thank you, Miss Amy, for six years of passion, care, leadership, and dedication. We are so lucky to have you as part of the My School family, and we can't wait to celebrate many more years with you! 💐💙

Celebrating Miss Faith!

Our toddlers had a wonderful morning filled with fun, creativity, and exploration!

The day began indoors where the children enjoyed drawing, exploring playdough, and dancing along to their favourite songs. These experiences encouraged creativity, self-expression, and lots of smiles.

Later, they joined their Junior Kindy friends outside for a morning of shared play and adventure. Together they explored the sandpit, chased bubbles, played hide and seek, and discovered the wonders of the garden.

It was a beautiful morning of learning through play, building friendships, and creating special memories together🌿✨

After graduating with her Bachelor of Early Childhood and Primary Education in 2023, she has continued to grow as an educator, and this achievement reflects her dedication, passion, and commitment to providing high quality education to our children, who were so excited to share in her celebrations.
