Meet Big Rich!
I started coaching Richard over 6 years ago, when we first started his primary fitness goal was to work on strength, build muscle and stay lean. 💪🏽
Over time he found a passion for powerlifting and we started working towards competing since then Richard has competed in numerous competitions each time better than the last, even securing himself an Australian bench press record! Now the bloke has his eyes set on the Australian total record for his weight class. 🏆
As of his last competition Richard managed
275kg Squat
165kg Bench Press
275kg Deadlift
At 90kg body weight and I know the guy has a lot more in the tank! đź’Ą
Proud is an understatement, it’s an absolute pleasure to work with someone so disciplined and dedicated to his goals! 🏋️
