There's a version of us all who deep down know exactly what this means, but secretly we are scared to remember how strong we really are.

You're not becoming her. You're returning to who she was. 👑

I want to tell you something that I wish someone had told me sooner.

You don't have to keep living the life that was handed to you. You get to choose.

I have always enjoyed personal development. A few years ago, when life was simply getting a bit overwhelming I dived back into personal development - and it quietly changed everything. How I think. How I see myself. What I believe is actually possible.

That's why I created Pathway To Choice. This is a space for women (and anyone) who are done playing small and ready to grow - in mindset, in health, in finances, and in life.

I'll be sharing everything I'm learning: the books, the habits, the honest conversations about money and freedom, and what it really looks like to design a life that you choose.

This morning I had a choice.

I could have stayed in bed a little
longer…….. 😴
Moved slowly ……🐌
Told myself I’d start tomorrow…….

Or ……. I could get up, lace up my shoes and go for my walk. 🏃‍♀️

Neither choice is right or wrong. But one choice supports the future version of me 😊

Today, I choose me ❤️

And that’s the thing about life - we’re making choices every single day, often without realising it. 🤔
