Acorn Seed Learning Dyslexic & DLD Coach. Literacy & Numeracy specialist. Supporting the neurodiverse from 5-18yrs. I am a passionate and experienced educator.

My vision is to support neurodiverse children and those who are Dyslexic or have a Developmental Language Disorder and give them the tools they need to succeed. I am a registered teacher; certified dyslexic/DLD Coach; SPELD Specialist Educator for Numeracy & Literacy; IMSLE Facilitator and a Math's Australia Facilitator. I'm registered with QCEC; Learning Difficulties Australia and the Australian Dyslexic Association. I'm here to work with you, to support your child/ren.

Executive Function challenges are often interpreted as laziness, but this is almost always a mistake. Most students WANT to succeed, but they just don't know how. Our infographic walks through how to differentiate between laziness and Executive Function weakness.
