HIGHLIGHT~ Boys Hip Hop 🧢
💥 So proud of the growth our Boys Hip Hop students have shown since starting their classes at Petite B Dance Studio! 💥
It has been incredible to watch the dancers grow in both skill and confidence. Week after week, we see them becoming more comfortable expressing themselves, taking on new challenges and giving everything a go.
The energy, enthusiasm and determination shines through in every class. Not only are they developing their hip hop technique and coordination, but they are also building friendships, self-belief and resilience along the way.
We love seeing our students leave class feeling accomplished, empowered and proud of what they have achieved. Hip Hop provides a positive outlet to channel energy, stay active and have fun while learning valuable life skills.
If your child is looking for a fun, energetic and supportive activity, we’d love to welcome them to the Petite B Dance Studio family! 🕺🔥

✨ PARENT OBSERVATION WEEK ✨
Monday May 25th – Saturday May 30th
We are so excited to welcome parents into the studio to observe classes and see all the wonderful progress our dancers have been making this term! 💕
To help ensure a comfortable and productive environment for all students and families, we kindly ask that:
• 1 adult observer attend per dancer
• Siblings are avoided wherever possible
• Students arrive on time to help avoid children feeling unsettled entering class late
• Mobile phones are silenced while in the studio
• The studio remains a silent zone during observations
• Parents remain quietly in the hallway until their child’s class is called
• As the studio will be busier than usual with observing families, please avoid spending extra time in the studio before or after classes where noise may impact the current class being observed
We completely understand that younger infants may need to accompany parents at times. We simply ask for your understanding that if they become disruptive, parents may need to briefly step outside so dancers and fellow observing families can continue enjoying the class experience.
Please note the following classes will only have the below class time as their designated observation class:
• Grade 2 Ballet — Tuesday 4:40pm
• Grade 4 Ballet — Thursday 5:15pm
• Intermediate Ballet — Thursday 7:10pm
We can’t wait for you to see your dancers in action and celebrate all their hard work and growth this term! 🩰✨

Happy Mother’s Day to all our Petite B Dance Mums 💐
The ones who pack the bags before sunrise, pin every bun with care, and somehow always remember the tights, the snacks, and the emergency safety pins. The ones who sit through rehearsals, and long studio days with patience, pride, and unwavering support, even when it’s cold, loud, and the coffee has gone cold too.
You’re there for every missed step, every breakthrough, every “I can’t do it” moment that turns into “I did it.” Behind every dancer’s confidence is a dance mum cheering quietly (or loudly!) from the sidelines.
Today is for you. Thank you for everything you do that helps your dancer shine 💖

Back to dance — are you ready? 🤍
As we head back into the studio, we’d love to gently remind our Petite B families of our uniform expectations.
While we don’t require studio-purchased uniforms, we do believe deeply in creating a space that feels fun, safe, and confidence-building. When our dancers arrive feeling neat, comfortable, and well-presented, they’re able to step into class with confidence and focus.
Appropriate dance attire and neatly styled hair play a big role in how our dancers approach their class — and directly support their learning, safety, and development.
