It’s our favourite thing to see families on the mats, parents and kids living the lifestyle together, getting stronger fitter more confident and conditioned 💪 And a bit of Dominos here and there is alright too

Abe and his family have been training at UJJ since 2018. It’s the confidence and community that has kept him on the mats, his full testimonial is up on our Youtube channel, link in bio.

Thanks for the interview Abe!

You just can’t go wrong 👌

Not knowing how to defend yourself at all or how to react in a situation where you need to, can be scary.

Use that to get onto the mats and learn how to control your body, your mind and situations you are in.

We train because hopefully the first and only time someone puts their hands on you, it’s in a controlled environment.
